Amira is so incredible to to work with! Her blend of multiple different modalities makes her approach especially effective. The ability to tune into someone’s energy and read what a person needs is outstanding, she is very intuitive or “tapped in” as one might say. I have really felt the difference energetically and emotionally whenever we work together, feeling things shift afterwards and a change in my mood and energy for whatever I need at that time. Her presence is always wonderful; kind and intelligent, a fantastic listener and at giving feedback and advice for personal improvement. I have worked with a lot of facilitators on my personal healing and self work journey, and she has been one of my favorites and one that I trust and admire the most. Her down to Earth nature makes her really easy to open up and talk, which makes for a deeper experience working together. Overall a delightful person in so many ways, highly recommended!

We love taking classes with Amira. At Y6 in 4S. She teaches on Monday mornings, so it doesn’t always work for working yogis or for everyone, but I look forward to it as far as I can. Her classes have grown in capacity significantly despite of being on Monday mornings! Amazing!

Amira’s teaching skills, ability to connect, to heal, to correct, to guide have been raised plenty by her fans. So, I’d just like to add a few, that she’s natural, talented, and very dedicated. In every classes. With each yogis. She leads classes with her *free-spirit* and confidence. That help us *letting lose* in body and mind. So we have fun and heal as well as practicing great yoga. I pay better attention to my yoga practice and stretch thanks to Amira’s hands-on assistant during classes. Her touch is powerful every time, yet soothing, and definitely helpful.

I’d also want to recommend Amira’s workshops. I’ve attended once. That’s when I became more certain of her knowledge, her healing talent, and her confidence. I’m looking forward to the next one(s).

Amira will no doubt advance far. I’m glad (and more confident in practicing) to have been in her yogi inner circle. Highly recommended.

Amira is magical. Her inner child work helped me begin processing stagnant feelings I needed guidance with. Her incorporation of Kriya Yoga with connection activities, have sent me on my path to freedom from my own ingrained mental restrictions, which have kept me from living the life I was meant to live. I wish I would have met and taken Amira’s workshop sooner. I am grateful to have crossed paths with her. You will be too. She is a light on this Earth.

Amira is amazing! I felt instant relief mentally and physically the very first restore class I took with her. She is so patient and kind. I highly recommend her classes if they are the only class you try at Yoga Six.

Receiving both online and offline Kundalini Activations from Amira has been a gentle yet powerful ally on my journey. They opened the way for more energy to flow through my system, helped release what was stuck, and carried me into blissful realms of insight. Her background in psychology is a true gift when it comes to integration. If you’re seeking a deeply embodied energy channel to help you attune, I wholeheartedly recommend working with her.

The atmosphere is really welcoming and you feel being in a safe space. All the explanations are easy to understand and you really know from what you are talking. The background knowledge is definitely present. It really made me thinking of how to implement all the things we have tried out into my life. It was a great experience to do a different kind of yoga and to get in contact with my inner child. I like the way Amira explains, and I feel very safe in her presence.

I took Amira’s restore class. I really enjoyed her teaching style. She’s a kind, calm and grounding presence. She brings in a beautiful compilation of spirituality, body awareness, and mindset to tie the practice into your daily life. During class I felt safe to tune into my own body and explore little movements. My body felt great after class. I would love to attend her classes again and highly recommend her.

Amira is a beautiful soul, both inside and outside. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and gentle. She is an outstanding facilitator and an articulate and sensitive communicator. Amira has inspired me to continue my journey towards improved health and wellness.

I have done so many classes with Amira and multiple workshops! I come back again and again because the healing techniques she offers are so comprehensive,  effective, and axis shifting.  She’s an excellent teacher and gentle leader. Check out her inner child workshops in particular.

Amira, I love her slow flow class, it’s not very often you have chest openers, which I really needed. I went to take her class when my husband was having open-heart surgery and it was the best thing I could’ve done to make me feel better and to open up my heart so I could be there for him when I was done !

I always feel so calm and safe in all of Amira’s classes. Her voice is so soothing yet strong and clear. She has such wide knowledge, and it’s so clear that this is her soul’s purpose to share these practices and knowledge with people, and changing their lives. She is such a natural teacher, and I love all the classes and workshops she has facilitated. She is my favorite teacher and I always feel so good after classes with her!

Amira is amazing. Spirit and dedication are a pleasure. She guides us through difficulty with ease and grace. A true Treasure.

I had the pleasure of receiving energy healing from Amira during one of the most stressful and overwhelming times of my life. This was my first time experiencing any kind of energy treatment, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Amira exceeded all expectations. She provided an emotional release that left me feeling grounded, calm, and aligned with my healing journey. I would 1000% recommend energy healing with Amira to anyone and everyone!

Amira is naturally a teacher. There’s no effort, she flow into this energy of teaching and sharing all the knowledge, making easy to understand, respecting the body, taking your time to acknowledge. She challenges you but keeps you in a safe place. Her voice full of power and confidence, her energy of care and fire. Captivating!!! You wanna be next to her.

With even the briefest session, Amira’s calming voice and energy guidance naturally lays a path toward greater self awareness and healthy motivation.

Amira’s sessions always bring a beautiful heart-opening and grounding quality for me.

In the beginning of this session, I was more in my head, starting with thoughts, sorting through my mind, and easing into some pranic movement.

At some point, I delved into a longer sequence that felt like a deep trance, almost no movement...

In this state, I sank into the ground, melted, and expanded far beyond my physical body, feeling more and more connected to everything around me while at the same time, it felt as if I was floating and ready to fly.

An incredibly pleasant sensation in my body, yet at the same time, the feeling of being bodiless.

I ended the session with a download of an ancient prayer, my body forming kriyas and moving in beautiful, fluid motions.

Beautiful session, thank you so much Amira.

Amira is a natural space holder, her way of leading a class no matter if its Yin or Himalayan Kriya is always a special experience. She is very aware of the people in her class and can really support you with her nurturing energy. The ambiance she creates with her voice and music is creating beautiful safety and the whole class is a special journey, where you can allow things to flow and surrender. Amira had a special impact on my journey, and I am truly grateful that our paths have crossed. <3 I would highly recommend Amiras classes and workshops. She is truly a gem and born to do this work. Her presence and flow are admirable, you won’t find anyone like that out there.

I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years and have taken classes with many instructors, but Amira truly stands out. I never want to miss her classes at YogaSix—they’re the highlight of my week.
Amira is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about every student. She carefully watches everyone’s alignment and makes sure each pose is performed safely and correctly. Since improper form can lead to injury, I really appreciate how she takes the time to offer individual guidance and adjustments.
Beyond her expertise, Amira creates such a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I leave every class feeling stronger, energized, and in a wonderful mood, already looking forward to the next one. If you’re looking for an exceptional yoga instructor, I can’t recommend Amira highly enough.

I attended the inner child workshop with Amira. She is such a sweet soul and I really liked her playful and fun approach to it, all the while being serious about this subject too. I cherish the things that opened up inside me during and after the workshop, and I look back on this experience with a smile.

I really enjoyed joining her yoga class! She is very patient, explains each movement clearly in a way that is easy to understand, and gives great guidance throughout the practice. I also love that she is an animal lover! 🥰Her instructions make the poses feel much easier to follow, even for movements that are new to me. Highly recommended! 🙏✨

Amira has a great voice which can guide you deeply! Helped me to shift something in my energy body! A great and responsible teacher.

Amira has an open heart for everyone in her class. It is a very trusting atmosphere and easy to open yourself if you want to.

Amira was intentional, went with the flow, and was calm. Her energy was beautiful, and it was just a fantastic restore class at Yoga Six. Thank you again for guiding us through this class.
