Amira has a great voice which can guide you deeply! Helped me to shift something in my energy body! A great and responsible teacher.

I always feel so calm and safe in all of Amira’s classes. Her voice is so soothing yet strong and clear. She has such wide knowledge, and it’s so clear that this is her soul’s purpose to share these practices and knowledge with people, and changing their lives. She is such a natural teacher, and I love all the classes and workshops she has facilitated. She is my favorite teacher and I always feel so good after classes with her!

Amira is a natural space holder, her way of leading a class no matter if its Yin or Himalayan Kriya is always a special experience. She is very aware of the people in her class and can really support you with her nurturing energy. The ambiance she creates with her voice and music is creating beautiful safety and the whole class is a special journey, where you can allow things to flow and surrender. Amira had a special impact on my journey, and I am truly grateful that our paths have crossed. <3 I would highly recommend Amiras classes and workshops. She is truly a gem and born to do this work. Her presence and flow are admirable, you won't find anyone like that out there.

Amira is naturally a teacher. There’s no effort, she flow into this energy of teaching and sharing all the knowledge, making easy to understand, respecting the body, taking your time to acknowledge. She challenges you but keeps you in a safe place. Her voice full of power and confidence, her energy of care and fire. Captivating!!! You wanna be next to her.

Amira is a beautiful soul, both inside and outside. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and gentle. She is an outstanding facilitator and an articulate and sensitive communicator. Amira has inspired me to continue my journey towards improved health and wellness.

Amira is a deeply connected beautiful soul. Her sessions always bring a beautiful heart-opening and grounding quality for me.

At some point, I delved into a longer sequence that felt like a deep trance-almost no movement...
In this state, I sank into the ground, melted, and expanded far beyond my physical body-feeling more and more connected to everything around me while at the same time, it felt as if I was floating and ready to fly.
An incredibly pleasant sensation in my body, yet at the same time, the feeling of being bodiless.
I ended the session with a download of an ancient prayer-my body forming kriyas and moving in beautiful, fluid motions.

Amira has an open heart for everyone in her class. It is a very trusting atmosphere and easy to open yourself if you want to.

Amira is magical. Her inner child work helped me begin processing stagnant feelings I needed guidance with. Her incorporation of Kriya Yoga with connection activities, have sent me on my path to freedom from my own ingrained mental restrictions, which have kept me from living the life I was meant to live. I wish I would have met and taken Amira’s workshop sooner. I am grateful to have crossed paths with her. You will be too. She is a light on this Earth.

The atmosphere is really welcoming and you feel being in a safe space. All the explanations are easy to understand and you really know from what you are talking. The background knowledge is definitely present. It really made me thinking of how to implement all the things we have tried out into my life. It was a great experience to do a different kind of yoga and to get in contact with my inner child. I like the way Amira explains, and I feel very safe in her presence.
