Return to Yourself

8-Week Inner Child Immersion

You've done the work. Now feel it.

This is for the person who has done a lot of the work and still doesn't feel like themselves. You've done the therapy and the meditation, and you know your story by heart. Your body still reacts before you can think.

Eight weeks, one on one. Me in your back pocket, and we start in the body.

How it works

We meet once a week

Ninety minutes, over Zoom, for eight weeks. A session usually opens with a grounding meditation, then we catch up on what's moved and what hasn't. From there we go into somatic unwinding, energy healing, meditations that connect you with younger parts of yourself, and whatever else that week asks for.

You can't heal all of yourself by going after the mind alone. You have to get into the body, so that's where we spend our time.

I am your guide, and you are your own great healer.

The eight weeks

Each week has its own theme, and we move through them together, one step at a time.

Week 1

Meet Your Inner Child

Who have I always been?

We say hello, and begin to understand who your inner child is and what they need.

Week 2

Understanding Pain and Past Hurts

How is my past shaping my present?

We look at how old hurt is still living in your body and shaping the way you move through life.

Week 3

Forgiveness and Letting Go

What am I still carrying that no longer belongs to me?

We feel what has been waiting to be felt, and begin to set down what you've been carrying. We never force forgiveness.

Week 4

Fear and Limiting Beliefs

What stories have I come to believe about myself?

We find the stories you picked up as a child and decide which ones still get to stay.

Week 5

Creating Inner Safety

How do I become a safe place for myself?

We build safety from the inside, so your body can finally begin to settle.

Week 6

Rebuilding Self-Trust

How do I begin trusting myself again?

We find where your trust in yourself got knocked down, and begin rebuilding it.

Week 7

Self-Love

What would it look like to truly be on my own side?

Self-love is accepting yourself fully, treating yourself with kindness and respect, and nurturing your growth. It grows out of the safety and trust we've built, and this is where it all comes together.

Week 8

Return to Yourself

How do I live from this place every day?

This week is a celebration. We honor how far you've come and the choice you made to show up for yourself, and we talk about how to keep living from here.

From people who did the program

A few words from people who have been through the eight weeks.

“Amira's program has impacted my life tremendously, including other people's lives who are around me. I used to push people away, but not anymore. I'm at the happiest place in my life.”

Bella, USA

“The program has brought more enjoyment to my life and safety in my body. It empowered me to reflect, love, and release the chapters in my life since childhood that brought me great happiness as well as great challenge.”

Marissa, USA

“Amira and the program have gifted me useful tools to help me release, break old patterns, and connect with and love myself. So grateful. My awareness has expanded. I may still fall into old patterns, but I notice when I do and am able to look deeper into the root issue.”

Lauren, USA

Hear it from them

“What I got the most out of was being part of that container. If there's things to grieve, you have time to grieve it, and what's on the other side is all that joy, all that childlike wonder, all that play.”

Eric, France

“I've learned my worth. I've learned how to listen and hear myself better. And more than anything, I've learned how to talk to the little girl and give her anything she wants or needs.”

Nina, Ukraine

“The space Amira creates for the people she's working with is so incredibly open and safe and supportive, and she just really makes you feel like you are so cared for.”

Claudia, USA

Ready when you are

I have an MA in Clinical Psychology and I'm an E-RYT 500. I've spent more than ten years with children and families, and five teaching in Bali. I know how patterns form, and I know the mind alone doesn't reach them.
